With 15 years behind the camera, Jake brings a documentary eye and a nostalgic heart to the way he films weddings. His approach is simple: keep it real. He captures the day as it unfolds - unfiltered, unscripted, and fully yours - so that decades from now, you’ll remember exactly how it felt.
The Start
The idea sparked while planning his own wedding. While watching his in-laws’ wedding video from the ’90s (grainy, but an honest peek into the time), Jake realized something was missing from modern wedding films: that raw, lived-in feeling. As a professional filmmaker, he set out to make something different. More than just a highlight reel, but a time capsule.
Our Style
Using a mix of modern and vintage camcorders, such as Super 8 and MiniDV, we create a textured, lived-in look that feels timeless. We focus on story above all, interviewing you and your guests, catching both the quiet glances and the joyful chaos as they unfold. Every edit is intentional, resulting in a deeply personal film that plays like a memory.
